Today sees the premiere of the new Copenhagen cocktail festival CPH By The Glass – a weekend of spirit tastings, seminars and a showcase of the versatility of the local bar scene. However, it’s not a typical bar show even though its focus is on mixology and spirits. The aim is to show all practices and philosophies of craft liquids including coffee, tea, kombucha and whatnot.
It sounds really cool, and I’ve been waiting for something new in Copenhagen since the now defunct Copenhagen Spirits & Cocktails. Unfortunately I can’t go – but I hope it will become a big success so I can look forward to next year – good luck!
