Last week I published this one on Instagram, and I thought I’d share it here too… Penicillin is one of my all time favourite cocktails, and I’ve had the pleasure of having it made by Sam Ross himself on a few occasions – even here in Stockholm.
Did I tell you that my first name is John? A while ago I received a surprise package with this lovely bottle of Famous Grouse with my name on it. It’s just that my moniker is Trader Magnus and not Trader John. Oh well, A for effort and the liquid is still the same.
So, last week’s Friday cocktail was a Penicillin with mezcal instead of Islay whisky… yum!
